This home has everything to make your beach vacation a success with a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas located in the storage shed inside of the fenced in back yard. Gulf county does allow bon fires on the beach-provided there is no fire ban in place. Gulf County also enforces a "LEAVE NO TRACE" ordinance.

This home does not allow pets and does not allow smoking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
