This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in Cape San Blas' Barrier Dunes community.is perfect for a serene getaway, Home features hardwood floors throughout first floor, stainless appliances, and private balconies off each bedroom. Both bedrooms are newly furnished. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook inside or use the outdoor gas grill on the balcony. Our strict no pet policy keeps our home pet allergen free. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided for your convenience. Unwind by one of the two Barrier Dunes community pools or take a leisurely stroll 200 steps to the beach. Barrier Dunes also offers tennis/pickleball courts, three stocked ponds, and a playground for the kiddos. Ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation, our townhome offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle.
