Contemporary elegance at its best. Le Bleu, located in the exclusive Las Arenas complex, is a newly renovated ground floor beachfront one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms and commanding views of the sugar sand and turquoise waters of Simpson Beach.

Contemporary and elegant, Le Bleu offers a large kitchen with silver stone countertop, stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, built-in wine cooler and is fully equipped for cooking in if desired.

The master bedroom contains a plush, deluxe king bed complete with views and sounds of the sea. Le Bleu is an extremely comfortable, and spacious one bedroom unit. The 2nd full bathroom is an added bonus.

Massive sliding glass doors disappear directly into the walls and embrace both the living room and bedroom providing walk out access to the private terraces. Wake up refreshed to the sound of sea at your doorstep.

Las Arenas is a 12-unit private condo building offering gated off street parking, inter-com system, and a generator to ensure no electrical interruptions.

SMOKING RULES:

No Smoking INSIDE the condo, and all areas of the Las Arenas Complex Grounds, including Common Areas, Pool, Terraces/Patio Areas, Balcony and Parking Lot.
Smoking is permitted on the Beach or Road OUTSIDE the Las Arenas Complex.

The Best!!!

The location, the property itself, the pool and beach! We have been to the island many times and rented houses, villa and condos. This one ranks right up there. The unit itself has absolutely everything you need…towels for bath and beach, more utensils than I have at home, a Keurig and a regular Mr. Coffee…they have thought of it all.

Beautiful Property, great location

We spent 9 glorious nights on the island. The property is beautiful. We loved the pool and beach. It was walkable to many restaurants and bars. We were grateful for the generator as there were many blackouts due to and infrastructure problem on the island. We had great cleaning services. Parking is very tight but it’s covered and manageable with a small car. There were a few minor maintenance issues (slow drain, shower flooding, and ice maker) but overall a very nice place

We are so happy we were able to stay here, my only suggestion is in the information on this condo it should be explained about possible power outages which we experienced twice during our stay but Gordon the property manager was very easy to contact for help and walked us through getting the power back on , but twice while showering it can be a bit scary to try and find your way through the condo while it’s dark with the hurricane shutters down it is black as night in there. If you are a smoker do NOT smoke on the property you will be fined for each time you break the rules! We personally did not break any rules just a heads up! Overall we give it 10 stars! The views are breathtaking! Everyone was so awesome to deal with! Jill who handled our reservation to Gordon you guys ROCK! Thank you for making our 10th Wedding Anniversary experience one we won’t forget!

Perfect for Us

My wife and I stayed here for a week in January and really enjoyed it. The whole process from reservation through departure was extremely well organized. The location was ideal for us - very private, small complex and close to a lot or restaurants, the airport, etc. We ended up staying at other locations due to our trip being extended after the snowstorms and thought this location was by far the best. The condo itself is very nice and in great condition. We actually thought it was better than the pictures. I had assumed that the furnishings would be the typical Ikea-type quality that you get with a lot of rentals but it was actually much higher. Everything in the apartment seemed first rate. One perk that we hadn't anticipated were the phones that were available to us. The owners have one phone on a VOIP arrangement that allows for toll-free calling to/from the US. They also provided a cell phone for local calls. We didn't use them much but they came in very handy for a few calls that we made.

Fantastic Property

Visited Sint Maarten to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and its proximity to everything. The check in process was easy. Gordon was very helpful and gave us some great tips on our stay on the island. The condo is clean, modern, larger than expected, and is in a great location on Simpson Bay. The lagoon style infinity pool is stunning and sits right up to the ocean. It is only a short walk to some great bars, restaurants, and a couple beach bars as well. The condo also comes with a gated parking spot which is nice since renting a car is the best way to explore the island. (Just make sure you don't rent too big of a car. It was tight spot even in a Toyota Corolla). I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to come to the friendly island of Sint Maarten.

When we got to the rental property, it was beautiful. It felt updated from the neighborhood we stayed in. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool right outside of our rental. The property manager was very attentive and was able to help as soon as we needed it. We would recommend.

Nice beach front condo. Cool modern vibe with easy access to beach and pool. The neighborhood behind the condo isn’t amazing, but we felt safe. You are very close to the airport, but we didn’t hear planes that often.

Glad to be Home

The property was excellent and clean and the grounds well maintained. We arrived on 3/14/20 and met the property manager on 3/16/20 due to some miscommunication. On 3/16/20 it was announced that the Prime Minister had ordered all incoming flights (with passengers) to be cancelled due to the virus. On 3/19/20, the State Department basically ordered all citizens who were abroad to try and get home as quickly as possible. Instead of a direct flight to Chicago on 3/21/20, we were able to book a United flight on Sunday 3/22/20 to Newark and then a flight on Monday 3/23/20 to Chicago. It turns out that all departing flights were cancelled after 3/22/20 so we got out just in time. So we basically spent most of our time trying to figure out how to get back home because staying for 3 or 4 more weeks was just not a choice for two seniors (78 and 80). We would also be amiss if we did not mention that the Le Bleu unit did not have any grilling equipment so we bought a portable gas grill and did our grilling outside the gate. We might consider other options if we return to Sint Maarten because Le Bleu is a little out of our normal budget. I believe that with the amenities like the pool and privacy it is not over priced, just not in our price range. Gordon was very helpful once we coordinated our schedules. I would recommend Le Bleu to anyone who is looking for an upscale unit right on the beach.

Can’t wait to go back

The condo is exactly as pictured! We loved the proximity to everything in Simpson Bay and it is a short walk to Mary’s Boon and Karakter restaurants down the beach. The condo is very secure and includes an assigned parking space. Perfect landing spot to enjoy breakfast on the patio in the AM while watching the yachts sail by. Check in was flawless and Gordon the PM stopped by to review all information that would make our stay perfect.

Excellent Property & Community

My wife & I spent 7 wonderful days at Le Bleu. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and honeymoon spent in St Maarten. We had considered a condo in Grand Case, but made the best decision to book Le Bleu. From Gordon's arrival briefing I knew we were in the right place. The condo exceeded what we had expected from the on-line photos. Le Bleu is a high end accommodation within a great small condo community Las Arenas. Can't say enough, we will be back soon and hope to be able to get Le Bleu.
