Great location with proximity to beach, restaurants, bars. Property is well maintained, very roomy and has everything needed for the stay. Owner was very responsive with communication and messages. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Amazing - as always

When we travel to St. Martin, we always stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly, the accommodations are always clean and there are always fun events that take place during your stay. We love the clean beach, swim up bar and restaurant that's on-site. We can't wait to return!

The condo unit was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were many good restaurants within a short walk or drive.Unfortunately, the complex was very far from restful. During the day, there was constant music playing from the pool bar that also could be heard on the beach and at night, the bar across the street played music so loudly that sleep was impossible until they stopped ... sometimes as late as 1 or 2 AM. Because of this, we spent very little time using the amenities, opting to travel to other, quieter beaches on the island.In the end, we cut our vacation short by 2 days and took an earlier flight home.

Great stay…Great location!

If you are looking for a walkable location…this is it!! You can walk to beach bars, restaurants or marina for an excursion ( we went on Boomerang…had a blast!) There is also a bus that runs to Maho/Mullet beaches & Philipsburg for 1.50 pp. This resort has everything you need, beach, pool with swim-up bar, & restaurant on site. The unit is as described and has everything you need for a great stay. Michael was so easy to work with and responded to my questions quickly! If you are considering a trip to SXM book this unit!! We will definitely be back!!

Great Hilton Resort

We had a great stay at the Hilton resort in St. Martin with this VRBO!The resort is located in Simpson Bay and close to all great restaurants and beaches.The only complaint we have is the restaurant across the street "Nowhere Special" start to get very loud after dinner and does not stop until 3:00 AM every night. So loud that if you7 were in the condos on the main road side of the resort, and had children sleeping in the second bedroom, they would not get a bit of sleep until closing at 3. Would suggest making sure you get a unit on the channel side of the resort!Our unit was well maintained and equipped and up to date.

Friends group yearly trip

Our group of four chose to stay in Sint Maarten at this VRBO because we had friends that were going to be in the area as well. This condo was well maintained and perfect for our two couples to stay in. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the entire property had everything an individual would need; pool with swim up bar, ocean view, convenience stores on the first floor and pretty much everything within walking distance. We did rent a car, but probably didn’t need to. The owner Mike was very responsive to all of my messages/questions and knowledgeable about the different restaurants around the island. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if/when we come back.Margo G.
