Summary:
Stay inside The 1865, a tobacco warehouse rebuilt into a handful of condos. Original brick, exposed beams and pipes, big windows, and bold art, with a full kitchen and room to settle in. You're in Midtown — a short walk to Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, minutes from The Gulch and Marathon Village, and a 7-minute drive to Broadway when you want it. Sleeps 4: a bedroom plus a sofa bed. Fast wifi and a spot to work. Gated building, free parking, gym, and a heated pool open in the warmer months.
The Space:
The unit is on the first floor, so no stairs or elevator to deal with. Inside, the original exposed brick and wood beams run through the whole space, paired with a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a sofa bed that sleeps two more.
The building itself is part of the draw. Gated and secure with free parking, a fitness center, and the 1865 Club — a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge right on site. The heated pool and outdoor bar are open in the warmer months.
Early check-in from 2 PM and late checkout until 12 PM are available when the calendar allows — just ask.
