This home has it all! Heated pool and spa, indoor and outdoor games including ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade game, cornhole, electronic darts and a separate game room. The primary suite is big enough for the whole family! There are 9 TVs between 58"-86" with direct TV streaming available inside and out. The huge backyard includes dining and casual seating, a built in grill, bar, pavers, artificial turf for playing cornhole, ping pong or relaxing in the sun. There is a walkout deck upstairs with additional seating and views. Come have fun in the sun!

40x40 shade sail over the pool from Mid May - late Sept to beat the summer heat. Your enjoyment and memories are our primary focus. Pool and spa heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $60/day April, May and October Please note waterfall cannot be run while heating the pool,

This property was perfect for our multi generation family all coming together for a wedding. The home was clean and very salacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The young adults in our group enjoyed the game room and pool. The host were very friendly and attentive and answered all questions quickly. We had an amazing time. We were there for a funeral for my sister. They were so kind and gracious to us as hosts. They have all amenities and then some. It is so nice when accommodations think of everything and this place has. The pool was so beautiful and the grandkids and kids had an amazing time together. It is definitely somewhere I will be going again. Thank you hosts for your care of us while at your property. So so very grateful.

We came to Arizona for the final four and this house was a perfect location to get to State Farm Stadium. The amenities were awesome - pickleball, table tennis, corn hole and of course the pool! The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed at this property for our son's wedding weekend in Phoenix. It was amazing! They had everything we needed (ad more!) and were super accommodating! They came right out to fix one small issue we had and then allowed us to stay past our checkout time because we had a late flight. We would 100% stay here again!!

We planned a small wedding and needed the place for it. This property was everything we were looking for and more! It had more than enough room and was a fun stay after the wedding was done! This property is top notch if you are looking to accommodate a large group. There is no shortage of things to do and everything is well thought out and up to date. Rob and Sharon have been hosting for 5 years. They tried to think of everything they would want to have in a rental and then added more. From comfortable beds to games to blackout curtains and portable speakers we actually stay in the homes to make sure everything works and figure out what is missing. We are hands-on and manage from a few miles away. You won't see us unless you want to though. We want you to enjoy a home away from home. There is nothing that makes us happier than repeat guests. Our hope is this home will take the experience to the next level. From the moment you walk in, we want to WOW you.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to add to our portfolio with a home close to the action in Glendale. Whether it's a sporting event, concert, the casino or golf you can get there from here in minutes. It's easy to get to from the airport or California.

What makes this property unique

If you search for a 6 bedroom home, you won't find that many available to book in the area. We recently added 2 bathrooms to make it even more comfortable for larger groups of family or friends. There is ample parking, heated pool and spa plus a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained if you choose to not leave the house!
