This gorgeous custom home offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on 3/4 of an acre located in a gated community in Glendale. You can choose from one king bed in the primary suite with a queen size sofa bed, 4 bedrooms with queen beds and the final bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. You'll love preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen with brand new gas stovetop. The large open concept floorplan has options for the whole family!

Enjoy the private, spacious backyard with a sparkling heated pool (Pool heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $50/day April, May and October). You'll make memories around the fire pit, fire up the built-in gas grill for burgers or steaks, and play in the large green space. Relax in the spa or watch the game on the 65" tv in the custom gazebo. You can even watch from the pool! Dine under stars while listening to the relaxing water feature. This home has it all!

We provide a number of indoor and outdoor games and activities to provide fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. Pool table, ping pong, cornhole, swing set, board games and so much more!
Cigar smoking is permitted outside on request.

Please park in the garage. No more than 2 cars in the driveway overnight. Use RV pad for overflow parking.
Put bins for trash/recycling out Thursday night (if applicable). Store bins behind the RV gate.

The house was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was huge and it allowed us to have all our family around while we cooked and visited. The outdoor space was incredible. The pool is nice and lots of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the fire tables at night. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is going to stay in Glendale.

Beautiful home with great amenities

Our stay at Paradise Palms was absolutely fantastic! The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit, and we loved having so many games available—ping pong, bags, and the pool table kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. We also felt very safe in the secure neighborhood, and the location was perfect—close to great hiking trails and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot. Our group of 14 consisted of 4 adult couples, 4 teen boys and 2 teen girls and the bedroom situation accommodated us all nicely

Perfect Family Accomodation

Great location (grocery, gas & shopping within 5 min.) and easy check-in process. We stayed with our son, DIL & her mom, and our 13 mo. old grandson. House was excellent, with and great layout. We each had a bedroom with an ensuite bath and the others were within close proximity to a shared bath. Back yard play area for the little one was great as well as the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We ate breackfast every morning and cooked dinner most nights on the grill. Shantell was very responsive to answer questions & also offing assistence if we needed it. Highly recommend this accommodation for family gatherings
