Beautiful delicious new HEATED swimming pool with safety gate, sun shelf and private spa hot tub. Extremely private large fenced in backyard adjacent to a real working vegetable farm just across the canal. Game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, spin bike. Enjoy the 4 bikes with helmets provided. Relax in the backyard with lounge chairs, patio, table/chairs, reclining pool chairs, and a new BBQ to grill up some tasty treats! Brand new large flat screen HD internet TVs in the living room and master bedroom, WiFi, beautiful kitchen, granite counter-tops stocked with pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary K cups), toaster oven, oven/range, and service for 8.
