Central Sammamish Home With Private Setting

Beautiful mid century home in the heart of Sammamish. Walking distance from several parks and city commons, but still situated in the forest with a large yard. Our home has a lot of outdoor patio space and an open floor plan that's great for entertaining or relaxing with the family. Enjoy the privacy this home has to offer and relax in comfort. Very safe location with lots of parking for vehicles.
We have a smart TV - a multitude of channels are available through ROKU
Monday is our garbage pick-up day - please take the garbage bins to the bottom of the driveway on Sunday

Great family time

Enjoyed our stay in WA in this quaint home. Meals in with friends and family.

Nice place… with a few caveats.

The house was nice and clean and well kept. We had everything we needed for a nice stay. The place is very well equipped. However, during our stay we encountered construction surrounding half of the property and the noise of heavy equipment and the accompanying beeping of back up alarms etc. This also took away from the beautiful setting we saw in the online photos. Also, maybe because of the construction.. the road and driveway to the home are pitch black. I had to turn around because we missed the driveway and without four wheel drive I literally would have been stuck in the neighboring driveway. Hopefully the construction ends soon, but it looks to have just begun. :(
