This home was so perfectly suited for our family of 5 (incl a 5 month old). Well-appointed, decorated, and located. You can't beat the central location, too! I would definitely stay here again.
Jim was very accommodating. He made sure everything at the unit was ship shape, and checked in to make sure we had all the supplies we might need. Could not ask for a better host
Perfectly comfortable Spanish style bungalow. Safe off street parking at the rear of the house. Remodeled bathrooms and a nice kitchen for cooking meals.
Kitchen was great for preparing food during our time in California.

Aaron and family were great guests. They were friendly, followed all the house rules, communicated well, and left the house clean and in great condition. I would definitely welcome them back again and can recommend them to other hosts.
This was a nice place to stay, and Jim was a great host! We loved staying there, and will certainly come back again. The only comment was the hot water in the front bedroom shower never got very hot.
Fantastic! Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. The house is very well provisioned, very clean, and very comfortable. Jim is a great host. Would love to come back and visit again!
The house was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located to everything we had planned. David the tenant in back went above and beyond to make sure i could spend time with my family at the house thank you David!!! The host Jim was super accommodating as well will stay here again next time we go to California
The house is exactly as described, quaint, clean and recently remodeled. We felt right at home. James provided timely information and made sure our stay was stress-free. The location is also perfect, close to Old Town Tustin, with several nice coffee shops and boutiques.

Thanks Marco,
You and your family were great. I look forward to hosting you again next time you are in the area.
Clean and safe neighborhood within walking distance of anything you might need. The house it really cute and lots of clean towels provided which I appreciated!
We were in CA for my daughter’s wedding. This Vrbo is just like the pictures. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The host was great. He thought of almost everything one might need for a short stay. There is a keurig and pods. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub.
A perfectly comfortable and well set-up house in a quiet part of Tustin. Perfect for two couples or a family and close to all of the amenities of Tustin. Great communication with the property owner who was always available to assist as needed.
This was my second at 133 Yorba and I'm already signed up again for next April! Everything was super! Even the neighbor was friendly! Okay . . . I never really did master the TV operation but otherwise I loved my stay . . again! Coming back in April.
My daughter and I had a pleasant stay in Tustin. The home was 10/10. It was clean, safe area, near good restaurants, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend!

Todd's wife, Katie, and their daughter were wonderful guests. They were super friendly and respectful, followed all the house rules, and left the house clean and in perfect condition. They are welcome back anytime in the future and I can recommend them to other hosts.
My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this home. We were warmly greeted by the owner who gave us a tour of the house. While the interior was totally remodeled, touches remained throughout of the 1920 ’s architecture. Nicely done! The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. Being within close proximity to freeway access is always a plus. We were very pleased with our decision to book our stay at this Vrbo.
The home was exactly as stated in the description. Jim met us and showed us around the property. Here are the keys: 1. Clean 2. Lots of towels…bath and beach 3. Reserved parking spot 4.well stocked coffee and tea. We did not prepare any meals there but kitchen seemed to have all the amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer!
Here for a Barefoot Massage training with 3 other women - we slept 2 in one room, one in another and one on the couch: life was good! Kitchen well stocked of all those little things, leftover canned/boxed goods. I left some flat rate boxes there incase you need to ship something home! Quiet neighborhood, but watch that trick corner coming out of the druveway!!! Oncoming Yuma traffic is fast!
It’s a cute house that was perfect for us, we went with our friends to celebrate both our wedding anniversaries. We were close to the beach, close to Disney and shopping. But in a quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It honestly was wonderful. The hot tub was perfect after a long day, and will be even better when he upgrades that area a bit. Communication was easy. The house was spotless. And bonus- he didn’t expect us to do the cleaning crews job like so many other vrbos have in the past! I’d 100% recommend this house and if we stay in the area again, it will be our top choice!
We had a lovely, comfortable stay in a classic Tustin bungalow. This accommodation is situated nearby the historic downtown and easily walkable to many amenities. The home itself is well equipped. Clean and cozy with a responsive host.
