Clean and efficient

The room was clean, quiet, and as advertised. It is on the main road not far from the airport and Paia. The location is somewhat industrial.

My stay was short, but I found the property clean and well maintained. There were amenities I didn't have time to enjoy unfortunately. The room was very nice, clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet and i slept well. I would definitely recommend this property 👌 👍

Bad location

we didn’t realize how much of an industrial area it was in, but once you gone to the room, it was pretty nice for the price. Definitely would not recommend if you don’t have a car.

Central Wailuku has a mix of residential, commercial, and some industrial areas. While it’s not heavily industrial like some parts of Kahului, Wailuku does have older buildings, local businesses, and government offices, giving it a more urban feel compared to resort areas. The vibe is more small-town historic with local eateries, shops, and a growing arts scene, rather than a heavily industrialized district. If someone is expecting a beachfront or resort-style setting, Wailuku might not meet those expectations, but it’s a convenient and central location for exploring Maui.
