High speed internet and smart tv for everyone. Come and relax at the PINES! Both bedrooms have comfy queen beds, and the play bedroom has a bunk bed!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Load and run dishwasher Bag all trash, including bathrooms and put in bins
Return all toys and other items as you found them. Toys in disarray for housekeeping will result in a $125 fine.
Wednesday night trash and recycle go to street for Thursday pickup. Lots of bins on street, our are clearly marked. Please move back along house after pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
