Experience your next stay at New Smyrna Beach in complete comfort and ease. Suite 704 is the closest unit to the ocean with a direct ocean view from the seventh floor. The fully equipped kitchen has open views into the dining and living area and is perfect for grabbing a quick snack or making your favorite dinner in the evening. The dining area offers seating for 4. The dining area opens up to the living room which has plenty of seating which includes a couch, an armchair, and another padded chair where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV. Off the living room is a sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony that showcases beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, two additional chairs for when you want to relax or read, a closet, and sliders to the balcony. A sofa sleeper is also available in this unit. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and dining/living room area. WiFi, Cable TV, towels, and linens are supplied. Ocean Trillium Suites features an oceanfront pool, an outside shower, and an elevator to move from floor to floor and a credit card operated washer/dryer on-site.

Gross: Roaches in one unit and ants in the other, management MIA after checkin
Gross- roaches in one unit and ants in the other. Zero response despite talking to management. Check in process folks were very attentive, but just unacceptable that nobody responded despite contacting office twice about problems with not one but both units. It was very much like you had our money already, so good luck. It was just gross and definitely not what we paid for….
