Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located 5 min to downtown Fort Lauderdale and 8 min to Fort Lauderdale airport. This 2 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly (for additional fee) unit has been completely remodeled and has stylish and comfortable furniture. Unit comes with 2 parking spots, washer and dryer, air conditioning, big screen TVs, back patio and fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in.

My only ask is that you please take care of my place. Thank you in advance.

Jay, Thank you for hosting us. Just what we were looking for. Convenient location to and from the airport FLL and Everglades Port. Clean two bedroom. Easy access. Convenient location to nearby dining in amenities.

The spot was very clean and update. It was a great stop for one night. The neighborhood is very noisy and the Main Street is extremely busy, something to take note of. The property is well cared for. Check-in instructions are not sent until an hour before which is concerning if you have never stayed there before. Communication was quick though so that was helpful. The instructions about the towels and charges for stains is a bit uninviting. Maybe buy darker colors or use bleach.

Clean home on busy Fort Lauderdale road

The home was great clean and cozy. We had a few hiccups with the main tv not working and one remote not working. Located on a busy and noisy street with very limited/small parking. Over all tho was a good little stay for one night.

Great stay!

The stay at Jay’s place was great, great little apartment but I did think it was a single home. It is a duplex right next to someone. And it’s right at the corner of an intersection and down the street from the emergency room. So if you don’t mind ambulance noise during different hours of the day and night, GREAT PLACE! Jay is friendly and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. :)
