Private house, private pool, safe, nice neighbors, simple home with great location to downtown Las Olas. Also 15 mins from airport ,beach ,shopping, clubs and bars, restaurants and more. We are 30 minutes from Miami. Our home is clean, private parking a garden, no camaras, check in and check out by code. we have fruit trees in the pool area enjoy the mango's and avocado's.
Sorry, I have to say fort Lauderdale city is a place of color, and if that's a problem pls don't book our home. Thank you .

The house was very clean and comfortable. Because our stay was for 28 days, our suggestions reflected improvements that would improve the comfort level of the property.The mattresses need to be upgraded. The outside could use more pool furniture. The bbq could be upgraded to a gas unit for convenience.The location was great...safe ... close to downtown...quiet and easy access. Evelyn was a reponsive and accomodating host.With those minor changes we would definitely stay at this property again.

It was an exelant stay. It's a quiet neignborhood even though there is school across the street. We were unclear about the recyling but its not host fault that we could and could not recyle due different community standards. My wife and enjoyed our stay .

Nice stay. We had a minor incident where the toilet handle broke off. It took a couple of hours for someone to come to repair it, but other than that we enjoyed the stay. The host was great.
