Come stay in this beautifully designed private apartment in a newly renovated historical building in Cedar Key. Eliza is gorgeous and fully equipped with all the modern amenities, like fast internet of 600Mbps. Within walking distance you will find local shops, art galleries, and restaurants. The primary bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury Leesa hybrid mattress. There is an adjacent full bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen sized cabinet bed with premium mattress. The second bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a small, but beautiful walk in shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table for two. Private boat trailer parking in the grassy area directly behind the building for our guests!

Why they chose this property

We decided to restore the derelict buildings on 2nd St to ensure they did not fall down. We have just completed a 10 month renovation and now open the doors to the public to come and enjoy a bit of old fashioned Cedar Key history combined with a bit of modern day luxury.

What makes this property unique

Eliza is in the heart of the downtown, walking distance to everything. Once you arrive, you shouldn't have to take your car anywhere! This building was built in 1872 and the original trim work, tabby wall construction and gorgeous corbels are evident!
