While there’s no launch on-site, you’re just 6 minutes from Bayou LaCroix Marina (11160 MS-603) — an easy spot to launch your boat, jet ski, or paddleboard. After a day on the water, it’s a smooth ride back to the property, where you can tie off at the on-site boat dock. (Please note: the boat lift is not operational for guests.)
Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to stretch out on the oversized sectional sofa (seats 8+) with a smart TV and tons of natural light. The dining table seats 6, with 4 barstools at the kitchen island — perfect for family meals, game nights, or lazy breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (plus a few extras like an Instant Pot, blender, and crockpot) for whatever you’re cooking up.
The master suite features a king-size bed, private ensuite with tub/shower combo, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is a bunk lover’s dream — with two sets of twin bunk beds that sleep 4. These two guest rooms share a full bathroom.
All bedrooms include smart TVs, and the home has high-speed fiber internet throughout. For unplugged fun, you’ll find plenty of board games, cards, and puzzles to enjoy.
Traveling with littles? We’ve got you covered with a highchair and portable infant sleeper. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and starter supplies to help you keep beachwear fresh all week.

There is a boat dock on the property. Bayou LaCroix Boat launch is approximately 3 miles and an easy boat ride back to the property. The boat lift is not operational for guests.
Please note the following:
-The cargo elevator and boat lift is not available to guest.
-There are 3 outside surveillance cameras on the property. One on upstairs and downstairs entry doors and one overlooking the dock. These are the only cameras on the property.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification and the rental contract within 24 hours of booking your reservation before we can guarantee your stay. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice of paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND RULES:
- What is check-in and check-out time? 4PM check-in, 10AM check-out . Early arrival may be allowed upon request if available.
- How do I access the property? You will be assigned a unique door code that will be sent to you before arrival. There will be a keypad on the entry door that you can enter your code to access the property.
- Can I park my boat on the channel? Yes, there is a covered boat shed to tie off your boat. The boat lift is locked out and not available to guest. Please keep in mind that the water level in the channel is controlled by the wind, high tide, low tide, etc.; that could impact vessels at the dock. Property owner is not liable for anything that may happen to the vessel if you choose to do so.
- Where can I launch my boat? Boats can be launched at Bayou Lacroix Marina on Highway 603 and also at Bay Marina.
- Can I bring my pet? This is NOT a pet friendly home; therefore, no pets of any kind are allowed. Any pets brought to property will result in immediate eviction and a $250.00 fine plus any additional cleaning fees or damage cost.
- Does the home have an outdoor music system? There is a bluetooth ready sound bar on the smart television downstairs.
- Do you provide a daily cleaning service? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid- stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
-What is provided with my stay? There is a full kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker (traditional) and a Keurig pod coffee maker, toaster, blender, Instant pot, and crock pot. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring cups & spoons, and more.
There are bath towels, bed linens, and additional blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, paper towels, dish detergent pods, and some cleaning supplies. Bathrooms are stocked with travel size shampoo, conditioner, and soap and hair dryer. Laundry facilities are also equipped with initial supply of laundry detergent. There is an also an iron and travel size ironing board available.
-What is the maximum number of guests allowed? 8 guests are allowed at all times unless approved in advance. Any additional guests (even though they are not sleeping there) will result in a $100 fine per additional person.
-Is the property kid friendly ? Please note this property is NOT fenced and it is on the water. Please accompany children at all times.
-Is there access to the home via an elevator? The elevator on site is locked and not operable for guests. Any tampering with the elevator will result in immediate eviction.
-Is there WiFi at the property? Free Wifi is provided, but from time to time connectivity can be spotty and we advise you to have a back-up plan, such as a mobile hotspot, if you absolutely must rely on the internet while on your vacation. The owner is not responsible for any internet outages.
-For your safety and security there are 3 exterior security cameras in place. One showing a street view on the front of the home, one showing the water view from home, and one showing upstairs entry door. Any tampering with the cameras or camera system will result in immediate eviction.
-Please note that as with all coastal areas this property is in a flood area. Guest are responsible for monitoring local weather and high tide conditions. If you choose not to evacuate due to rising water property owner will not be responsible for any losses that may be occurred.
