Private Ranch style house minutes from downtown

Two-bedroom 2 bath ranch with a split floor plan. Spacious master bedroom with private bath, nicely sized 2nd bedroom with private bath. Updated fully furnished kitchen with new granite counter. Screened-in patio out back that overlooks a spacious back yard. Off-street parking for two cars.
During the winter months of January through March we prefer a 2-month minimum rental.
