This modern lake house has two bedrooms (1 queen/2 twins), one full bathroom with tub/shower, living room with gas fireplace, new kitchen with granite island seating for four. Main floor entrance features a 28' x 12' screened lakefront porch, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Large, upper level windows span the entire lakefront offering amazing views. Birders will love frequent sightings of bald eagles, loons, and countless Michigan native birds. The sugar-sand beach is perfect for kids, with a slow grade into clear Big Star waters. Enjoy swimming, sunning, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful wildlife in this tranquil setting. We've equipped this home well, so just pack your bags and head to the lake! *Owners reside in neighboring property.
