House work great for us was very cozy and convenient to Nashville. I would definitely stay here again enjoy the cool evenings on the back porch watching TV 20 minutes from Nashville.
Visited our adult granddaughter and her dog since she wasn’t going to have time to go home to Iowa. Met her friends Attended church and enjoyed the pet friendly beautiful home for just hanging out, catching up. So many restraunts and shopping nearby.
Very well located home! Tons of lounge and family space inside and out. Was able to hang outside watch football, grill and have a fire all while playing in the yard with my son and doggo.
It was hard to find what we needed at a decent price, so I was super grateful when this listing popped up. Communication with host was great and I loved that we could bring our dog. I also loved the way the beds were configured...perfect for our group! The younger members of our group loved the basement living room with the fun workout equipment.
Me and my family enjoyed our stay over the New Year’s holiday. The house was very clean with plentiful towels and bedding. Only one little negative was that the second bathroom was in the basement, but it too was clean. We loved that it was so pet friendly and the host was very nice.

Host was very good at communicating. Loved how we had access to everything.
Perfect for groups of all sizes! So close to Nashville without all the hustle and bustle of city life. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the Nashville area!
Hope’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Murfreesboro. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy (including our pup!). The neighborhood was nice too for quiet walks. Loved the outdoor tv!! Will definitely look into staying here when we come back into town
We had a lovely week at this house. Three people and six dogs in town for a dog agility trial. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant and the house is lovely. The back porch was really a highlight and we enjoyed watching TV while our dogs lounged on the deck. Comfortable furniture and beds (always important!!) and very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
It needs rails on front steps. Walk in shower for my 91 year old mother was in the basement and she has major trouble with stairs. No full set of utensils. Shower backed up to your ankles. Husband had to buy a tool to snake tub drain. No directions as to where to put used towels. Emergency numbers or local restaurants and sites. The host is wonderful, but the house needs some fixing up.

So much potential
Items need attention KitchenTrash in the can when we got thereElectrical outlets didn’t work, except the fridge and microwave outlets, breakers were on. Couldn’t find dish detergent, finally found 1/2 inch in a huge olive oil dispenser with a dripper which was unexpected, had to fill with some water so i could wash dishes. no salt, a few dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, we had to use the oven that was dusty and dirty inside. Upstairs BathroomToilet wobbly, couldn’t find any soap, it was under the sink, under the clutter. Had trouble opening the cabinets as well. No shampoo but there is body-wash. Downstairs bathroom1/2” of soap in the pump, shower head about to fall off the wall, water sprays all over the floor because the shower door doesn’t close. LaundryDryer wouldn’t dry, “check vent” light was on, i pulled out the appliances and there were three rolls of paper towels stuck behind dryer. Fire hazard StairsInside stairs has loose safety rail Outside front has no rails Back deck stairs are steep, swivel bar chair are very wobbly. They are about to break at the swivel. No large outside trash bin to put trash in.It’s an old cute house with nice decor and paint. However it needs repairs. I’m not sure the owner gets it cleaned before hand. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels. House was warm, couch comfy. Most light switches had grime on them.

Adequate
Pictures were somewhat deceiving. The home is located in a lovely, quiet area; host was easily accessible. Would like to have seen brighter lighting in living area, kitchen, smaller bedroom, master shower. Air fresheners throughout the home were a bit overwhelming. The smaller bedroom had a peculiar odor and the bed creaked loudly. Unable to locate clean cutlery and dishes, then found a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher; appeared to have a load of laundry in the washing machine as there was an indicator light on it, main hallway floor has a soft spot and felt mushy underneath floor board. We couldn't relax in the main living room because there was no curtain or blinds on the sliding door to provide privacy.
I find great joy in being a VRBO host because it allows me to create welcoming experiences for guests from all walks of life. I love sharing my space and offering a glimpse into the local culture. Connecting with people and hearing their stories enriches my own life, and I take pride in ensuring they feel at home during their stay.
