Family vacation

We loved the property. Plenty of space for everyone. It had very comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the plunge pool too. The golf cart was so handy for getting around the amenities of Watercolor and Seaside. The location was perfect. We would be happy to stay here again!

4 adults and 5 teens stayed for spring break with friends staying nearby! Love the location and neighborhood with camp and courts nearby. The home was great! Spacious with plenty of privacy for 3 different families. Carriage house was perfect for older teens!Watercolor access is a must!

I highly suggest this if you need a place to get away from the rest of the group with a small child or something (separate room above garage). Our favorite thing was the convenience to Publix and direct route to Watercolor Beach Club and Seaside. We will 100% stay here again. The property management company responded to needs within minutes and made the trip much smoother.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we walked in the accommodations for two families exceeded our expectations. They had everything from boogie boards to beach, chairs, and umbrellas. We were even able to grill out. The icemaker came in so handy as well as the extra beverage refrigerator.

My family and I stayed here for a week in July and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, the rooms quiet and the couple of very small needs we had were responded to same day and right away. Davis was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay but we feel like the home was overpriced for what we got. It seemed beaten up a bit...dusty, animal fur on outdoor cushions, and just a little dirty all around. We had friends stay near by who paid a lot less than us for a much better home with 20 ft ceilings, cleaner, and more square footage. Our house had bad water pressure, a drain that didn’t drain, and the “pool” had several issues. It wouldn’t heat and was murky.

Despite being a rental, just about everything was well taken care of and 30A Luxury Vacations were absolutely amazing taking care of our minor little needs, with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again, but you DO need the golf cart, as you're in the back of the neighborhood but close to Publix. It is much quieter in this portion of Watercolor, which is what we wanted. Super close to Camp Watercolor, which is great. Some minor things to tweak for next guest:Many kitchen cabinet doors were off the hinges, as well as a few upstairs vanities. New hinges or reconnect the doors to the hinges.Ice maker was blinking red and needed a new filter.Cleaning company used should pay attention to the corners of the showers, getting that deep clean, as well as making sure the golf cart is at least sprayed off.I parked in the driveway for a week over top of an ant hill unbeknownst to me, so that made for a fun drive home to Georgia. Otherwise, amazing stay and great house!

Tired property, Morning Star Cottage needs a Refresh

Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at 308 Pine Needle Way, and it will be our last. It will also probably be our last with 30a Luxury Vacations as well with their lack of good properties in Watercolor. The management folks were nice, very attentive, but never recovered from not allowing us to check-in until 7:30P (check in 4P) and never reimbursing us for this trouble. The house is in a great location, but from one year to the next, the house and housekeeping is no where near a good standard:1. All showers are moldy. Even after they came to "reclean", they're still moldy. The bathrooms need a DEEP clean. Their level of clean is a once-over to turn the house over to the next renter. Its a joke.2. Check in is at 4P. The house was so dirty and messy, we couldn't get in until 7:30. I asked for a late check-out, it wasn't available. I asked for a small concession for our troubles, they said they would review it and never did. The management company didn't do what they said they would do.3. The golf cart and garage has not been cleaned in years. The same garbage in the garage was there a year later.4. I had to replace the batteries on the kitchen faucet because the motion detector stopped and the sink wouldn't work. 30a Luxury Vacations owes me $12 for pack of AAA batteries.5. Floors were all dirty and nasty after they "recleaned". We all had to wear socks all week. Black feet when you go barefoot in a rental house tells you the house isn't clean.6. The furniture is very worn and tired. I didn't even like sitting on the couch, it was nasty.7. We had 4 cockroaches I killed in our 7-day stay. Its Florida, no big deal, but they need to have exterminators regularly.8. They don't provide enough TP or paper towels. I had to purchase some because their minimum provided is for 2 days, not 7.9. They provide 6 bikes. 2 work. Chains popped off, seats broken, nasty. The tired bikes need replaced.10. All walls are scuffed, dinged,

Beautiful house and plenty of room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of rooms and plus The carriage house made it perfect for all. The golf cart is a plus and easy to get to the grocery store as well as the restaurants. I would recommend this property for families.
