I grew up in the Miami Valley region and I love this area and the season changes! I have always enjoyed culture and the arts, interior design and hosting friends and family in my personal home! Some of my favorite traveling memories with family and friends are ones that were spent at short term rentals! Deciding to become a host was a natural extension of my love to design spaces that someone would enjoy living in! I try to do my best to upgrade, and add new amenities that I think guests would enjoy during their stay.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it's convenient and close to everything!! Restaurants, shopping, grocery, the gym, library or quick access to I-70 to go anywhere in the Dayton area! I also loved that you can literally walk a few blocks and be on the walking/biking path into Englewood Metro Park!
What makes this property unique
Brussels home was one of a few homes that were built for the engineers and workers who built the Englewood Dam, which started construction in 1918! Brussels Home has been brought to life after remodeling the outside and inside of the home, along with new landscaping and updating the deck! The updated kitchen makes cooking or preparing a coffee fun with the beautiful quartz countertops and new amenities!
Be sure to drive across the dam and check out some of the nearby parks that are surround the dam as well.....or just walk on into the park access which is a few blocks away! If you like to bike - be sure to bring your bike as there are a lot of nice biking paths in the area!
