About this property
Fisherman's Bungalow · Perfect downtown home
Charming and comfortable house, with 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 full bathroom. The Fisherman's Bungalow also has a modern, fully stocked kitchen. The home sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Ideal for the last minute trip to Livingston for live music, a date weekend or family getaway. Cozy fireplace, game tables in the basement, high speed internet, bikes for exploring and the most ideal location in Livingston!
The 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and cozy, stocked with everything you need to make your vacation easy and comfortable. All bedrooms have queen size beds.
Two bedrooms are upstairs, and the third is in the basement where there's an additional living area and laundry. During the summer months there are ac window units in the upstairs bedrooms. There is a twin fold out sleeper chair in the upstairs living area. There is a full basement bedroom with queen bed and a futon sofa in a common space in the basement. Also in the common space in the basement is a shuffle board table and foosball table; making it a great space for game time or a child's hangout.
We invite you to make yourself at home in our home and our town. Livingston boasts endless outdoor recreation opportunities, is home to some of the region's finest restaurants (Campione Roman Italian Kitchen, the 2nd Street Bistro- and the town of Livingston - was featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations), has a thriving art and music community with many galleries and venues hosting some of the regions most desired artists.
The Bungalow is 2 walkable blocks from the Yellowstone River and darling local parks and an easy cruiser bike ride (bikes provided) to Downtown Livingston. The town is friendly, historic, western, and all-American. It is surrounded by mountains, rivers, historic town, scenic drives, fabulous shopping, restaurants, and the friendliest (quirky) people you will find anywhere.
This home is all you need for a relaxing vacation, but not too much. After all, aren't we trying to get away from the clutter and busyness of where we are from? Just ask us about activities, guides and more! Be it horse back riding, fly fishing, hiking, skiing, hunting or shopping and enjoying the spas - we have done it all and can help tailor a trip for you and your family or friends.
You have access to the entire house, fenced yard, bbq, and laundry! A nice backyard patio with table and umbrella are enjoyable in the summer evenings and mornings! For your convenience there is a keypad on the front door.
I personally own this property with my brother. I live in town and am a short call or bike ride away, should you need anything during your stay.
Lovely area in the south end of town. You are 1 block from the foot bridge that takes you to our little towns most popular park and the banks of the Yellowstone River. You are a 5 minute walk form the Farmers Market, lagoon and river during the summer months. You are a 10 minute walk to historic downtown Livingston for eating, bars and interesting night life.
The street is quiet, well kept and beaming with energy and local life. You have sidewalks on both sides of the street to safely walk or ride bikes. All of Livingston is very quite and safe, but especially this end of town.
Walking is the best way, and bikes are even better. Nothing is more than a 10 minute drive in all of town. (we even have a cruiser bike for you to use during your stay- please just remember to lock it up with the bike lock provided when you go out)
You are blocks from our beautiful city park, the Yellowstone River and downtown Livingston. Enjoy walking around and seeing town! We are happy to make recommendations on where to eat, shop and hang out!
PETS – Well-behaved pets are negotiable with PRIOR approval. Pets must never be on the furniture, beds or linens. Any animal feces must be removed prior to departure. There is a non refundable $200 per pet fee for pets ( for up to two dogs). More than 2 dogs requires an additional $200/pet. If pets are not disclosed prior to arrival, guest will lose entire deposit.
