Large, stylish newly remodeled home with wonderful fully-stocked chefs kitchen including gorgeous white oak floors, gorgeous vintage rugs and art, stainless pro appliances, retro inspired style. Beautiful yard & year round outdoor enjoyment. Bedrooms are airy and large, and decorated impeccably with inspiring and charming details, curated from travels & experiences that scream western vintage.
Bathrooms feature modern tiles and fixtures, double vanities, and inspiring lighting and details, and Public Goods clean soaps and amenities.
Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, grilling on the grill. Breakfast nook, bar seating or dining seating in the overflow flex room with a real wood stove. Or take your coffee outside and enjoy the views from the front porch or coffee from the private hot tub.
Full Landry room with washer and dryer, large mudroom, and pantry stocked with all the essentials you could need for adventure.
Perfect for Longer stays!
Named after classic Montana bands from the 50's - 90's the layout of the sleeping areas makes for comfy sleep for all! New mattresses and luxury linens.
Main/Upper Level with shared full bathroom:
Madd Hatter Room - Upstairs, king bed, private door to the backyard deck
The Frantic - Upstairs, queen bed
Mother and Oats - Upstairs, king bed
Lower level with shared full bathroom:
Silkworm - King bed
Nasty Habit - Queen bed
Common space between the two lower level bedrooms is an additonal lounge area with pullout sofa, television, and seating.
Fast WI-FI, off street private parking, office desk and chair, central air conditioning, large fenced yard, Samsung large TV's (3 total), wood fireplace, 2 levels for spreading out, bikes, bear spray, indoor and outdoor games, speakers for music and more!
Guests have access to all spaces and rooms in the house except the owners locked closet downstairs (separate from any bedroom closets guests need) and the locked garage.
Management and Guest Interaction: Local, local, local! Managed by a friend and property manager the gals at Key Montana have every need you can imagine covered. They are available for questions, prep, planning and more - but you are left alone to check in and out and all details are available pre-trip and in the comprehensive welcome book at the house. Tip: they always know what's going on in Livingston and the surrounding areas, so make sure to get the insider scoop from them!
A quiet, local, safe and beautiful part of town. The Rambler sits on "the northside" overlooking town. This means large quiet streets, amazing sunrise and sunsets. Your neighbors live and work here so please remember that while you are on vacation, they are waking early to get their kids to school and do their jobs. Thanks in advance for being respectful!
Transportation and Geography Notes:
Your own tranportation is needed in Montana! While you can walk just about anywhere in Livingston if you are in moderately good shape; there are NO ride shares like Uber in the area. You will need a 4WD car to get around in the winter time and you will want wheels to get to Yellowstone, Bridger Bowl or any of the amazing hikes that are mintues from your door!
Considerations:
Hot tub access is an extra $300 one time fee.
Treat the home as you would your own (or better). Ask if you have any questions.
No large parties, no smoking, no pets. There is no uber or food delivery in the area. Locals are super friendly, ask for recommendations and understand that while Livingston is awesome, it still only has about 8,000 full time residents so be patient with hours of operation and staff. Embrace the "slow living" that makes our town authentic and livable.

Hosted by Brooke Laird
My name is Brooke! I own Key Montana Property Management, a local management company that excels at showing our guests an authentic, custom and service oriented Montana experience! I've been hosting and managing properties for over 15 years in Livingston. I raise my kids here, live here and play here! I LOVE hosting, the community and our repeat guests!
Why they chose this property
The northside hill in Livingston is the hidden gem of town! Views, open spaces and incredibel sunsets! We LOVE North Yellowstone St! You can still walk downtown, but you will find solitude and the vista as good as it gets in Livingston.
What makes this property unique
This home got a redone from the inside out! Every detail is impeccable, filled with style and the new West vibe that is super hot right now. It's also cozy and practical and holds a crowd. The owner is also a designer and lover of vintage finds and homes. You will feel the love and energy when you stay here!
