Ian is the host and went above and beyond to make our stay better. There was a miscommunication with his cleaning staff, but when I messaged him, he messaged me righr back. I couldn't have asked for a kinder more custmer satisfaction host. Things may have started off not as we expected but he is differnly a host that makes sure that things are corrected. We would stay here again. I appreciate his efficiency in taking care of matters. The house is cute and has everything you need for a comfortably stay.

We were visiting to move our daughter to UIUC. It was easy to find, check in and check out. Check out was particularly easy and we appreciated that. The dryer didn’t work, but we found a laundromat nearby with ease.

Perfect place to stay!

Could not ask for more in a place. Clean is my main judgement and this was very clean. 2nd was location which was a 5 min drive to downtown Champaign. We were very happy with our stay. Oh, and beds were very comfortable!

Perfect house for our needs

My two sisters and I met in Champaign for a little get-away and this house was perfect for our needs. The inside was very clean, all linens were of good quality and furnishings were functional/comfortable. The location was perfect, as well. We would definitely stay there again.
