Wonderful cool little place to stay. The host is very attentive and super easy to get a hold of. We plan on staying here a lot when we visit our son in college.
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and super nice! The amenities in the house made staying there very convenient and easy! We felt very safe with all the security measures. The back patio and grill was amazing! We had such a good time hanging out on the deck! It is a great place to stay!
Property is very nice, back porch is awesome. Property listing is deceiving as the house is practically one giant room. Location is on a busy street so it is loud but had no issues at all. Hosts are quick and helpful, would stay again.

Very well appointed and maintained house with lots of amenities. Spacious and plenty of natural light. Very nice deck.
A few points to note:
Bathroom door and floor boards creak. Using the bathroom or kitchen at night disturbs others.
Property is on a busy road near train tracks. Noisy traffic and trains!
We stayed at this wonderful house for our daughter’s senior year Illini Dads Weekend and everything about it was absolutely perfect!! The rooms were modern yet cozy and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was great with strong water pressure and ample supplies. The outdoor space is very cool. If the weather had been warmer, we’d have spent time on the deck. The hosts Nancy and Sumanth were so gracious, and strong with regard to communication and clear direction. My husband and my only regret is that we didn’t find this amazing property earlier in our child’s college journey. If we had, we would have been repeat renters year after year in a heartbeat! We really felt right at home here!
Communication was great and fast response to messages. Property was VERY clean with no odors of any kind. Property had a car charger in the driveway (awesome). Gate a little tight to get in with a truck (had to fold in mirrors), but no big deal. Beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of sleeping options. Master bedroom doesn't have a closet, but again not a big deal for me. Not sure if there was a place to hang clothes, I may have missed it if so but I didn't need one anyway. Deck outside is amazing and I can see sitting out there on warm evenings under the plentiful string lights. There is a train track close by and it did wake me but it's far enough away as to not be obnoxious and infrequent. A busy (not overly so) street traffic is 50ft or so outside window but didn't wake at all from that. Entire place is modern and amazing. Bathroom has a bidet which is awesome, although no heated water or air dry or heated seat (but still glad to have it!). Shower is very spacious - first morning was perfect, second day it went back and forth between hot and cold for some reason which was strange but no big deal. Body wash and shampoo is provided. A Nespresso Espresso Maker with Starbucks was provided with Starbucks Espresso capsules! How awesome is that! There is an electric grill available. We didn't use, but I peeped inside and it looked brand new in appearance. I would love to cook some burgers on my next stay. Had a great stay and I highly recommend.
