Come and enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather in the Sun Lakes 55+ community (you can be 40+ to rent here).

Enjoy the golf, pools, and hot tub while you are here.

Sun Lakes is also close to popular restaurants, events, hiking, and shopping.

If you are a sports fan you can enjoy baseball Spring training or the Super Bowl celebrations here in February.

Come and soak up the sun on the backyard patio seating or relax with your family and friends at the bonfire.

This charming Sun Lakes 2 BR/2 BA home includes modern comforts and a bright, airy feel.

This desert home offers an ideal place for enjoying the area's beauty and spending quality time with your loved ones.

Prepare a home-cooked breakfast to begin your day, then venture out for an early tee time, a game of tennis, or a brisk stroll on the walking paths.

After all your favorite activities, relax on the patio or head inside to watch the Smart TVs, Gas Grill | Outdoor Patio w/TV and bonfire pit.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Clubhouse w/pickle ball & tennis courts, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, recreation center, fitness center, golf course, miles of walking paths (direct access from property).

Entertainment and delicious food abounds in both Cottonwood and Palo Verde. Palo Verde has a fine dining restaurant to experience wonderfully prepared food and a spacious bar lounge area to meet friends. Cottonwood offers a sports bar atmosphere and more casual fare.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Stripping the used bed sheets would be helpful. You can leave the sheets/bedding on top the bed. Thanks.
If you have time, or are inclined, washing/drying/folding the towels would be helpful, but not required. Even just piling the dirty towels on the washer would help. Thank you.
Please empty all of your food out of the refrigerator and the cupboards and throw it away. Thank you.
