Come enjoy the heat and beauty of the Arizona Desert from this beautiful OASIS! Must be 28 night minimum. Sun Lakes is a resort living 55+ gated community right off of the 10 freeway about 25 minutes south of downtown Phoenix and within the boundary of Chandler at Riggs Road.

I've decorated it using comfortable, upscale contemporary furnishings with a hint of Southwest. You will love the open concept with architectural elements that define the spaces. The spacious granite kitchen and breakfast bar are pretty and clean with a gas cooktop and the plentiful cabinets are filled with quality housewares, small appliances and gadgets. Come and relax in our pool, spa and wonderfully landscaped back yard. There are even 6 citrus trees seasonally loaded with oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes. Set a tee time at one of the local golf courses and enjoy the convenience of using my golf cart or stroll along the walking trails and enjoy scurrying quail, hopping bunnies and abounding songbirds and desert flowers. The clubhouse restaurant, Stone and Barrel is affordable, beautiful, and has great food!

This is not a party house; it's a place to come enjoy comfort, elegance and convenience on Arizona!

Wonderful experience

House was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen had a large island and easy to work in. Master bedroom and bath were very large. The property was beautifully landscaped with a pool and hot tub. Looking forward to staying there again.

Relaxing & Beautiful 🌵

If you are looking for a very relaxing and amazing backyard/pool area this is your home. Enjoying coffee out by the pool in the mornings was a highlight of my trip. Little hummingbirds everywhere. I loved the waterfall. I visit the Phoenix area once or twice a year and have stayed in numerous VRBO’s. Location and a nice pool area are very important to me. I like being near the airport, Premium Outlet Mall and sporting arenas. This home is close to all three. My Mother-in-law also lives in the Sun Lakes area so this home was convenient for visiting. Loved the plants and fruit trees in the back yard. Would recommend this home. I hope to come back with my husband next time.

We visited my sister and it was a perfect distance from her!!

The house we rented was not only beautiful but well equipped for cooking and eating in. We had a baby with us and it was good for him too! The linens and towels were new and the house was clean . We also left it clean for the next lucky guest! I would recommend our place to any and everyone!!

Amazing - Don't Skip This House

This house is amazing, and Wendy is great. The process started with contacting Wendy to check on availability - and she responded within an hour. Also, during our stay, Wendy responded very quickly to a couple questions and kept us informed of things around the house. Once we walked through the front door, we knew the month staying in this house was going to be great. Wonderful open floor plan allowed us to see/talk to everyone in the dining area and living room while cooking. The view from the main rooms out to the pool and spa are awesome as well. I never thought I'd notice landscaping, but it is clear that there was a lot of money and attention spent on the abundant landscaping in both the back and front yards. It was fun to go around and read all the name plates for each of the plants and to see the wide variety of desert plants. The master bedroom is spacious and has its own seating area. The walk-in closet is as big as a room and has plenty of space for all your clothes and for storing luggage as well. The master bed is as soft as a cloud. The master shower is huge. The second bedroom (with a king bed) and the third bedroom (with two twin beds) are well appointed and useful when out-of-town guests visit. The kitchen is well stocked and includes everything you will probably need to cook during short- or long-term stays. And the pool. The waterfall is wonderful and is very calming while floating around early in the morning or late at night (and the underwater light allowed us to swim any time of day). The pool was our favorite part of the entire vacation - our girls swam at least twice every day. The hot tub on the back porch was a nice addition - but we never used it since we enjoyed the big pool so much. But the hot tub would be great for relaxing at the end of a long day or just for grabbing a drink and enjoying the stars at night. I can't say enough great things about this house - I'm glad I found it, and I look forward to spending my next vacation in the Phoenix area here. The gated community also adds that extra level of comfort and security as well. Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your amazing home!

My sister and aunts have lived in AZ for years and years and I decided that I would like to retire near them, someday and fell in love with Sun Lakes! I also have a small vacation rental near The Rock in Morro Bay, CA.

I had been looking at houses and condos around this area for 3 years and when I walked in the front door of this house I gasped... THIS has the IT Factor!! It is so beautiful, and relaxing , huge gorgeous kitchen, INCREDIBLE back yard pool, waterfall, spa and swaying palm trees. House has a fabulous layout. I decorated it with high-end, comfortable furnishings and I know you will LOVE it here, too!!
