We love staying in this bnb when we come to Galveston to cruise. This is our second time staying there. The house is always clean and super cute. The price is also excellent!

The price and location was a good deal for a last minute booking. The host was responsive. The house was clean, nice and cold when we arrived. We had a great time on our visit. My parents were impressed by the trellis and those beautiful flowers that before we even got home, we stopped at a nursery and bought the purple passion flower vine.

Communication needs improvement and update instructions for check in and out

House was clean! Communication was not the best! I couldn’t get a hold of host because we didn’t get any check in instruction and I did check email and VRBO messages! I had to find her on another platform ! I messaged through VRBO but no luck! We didn’t know how to enter house! Finally I reached her through listing with other compay Then i noticed on that company checkout is 10am and on VRBO it’s 11am! We didn’t know where to find keys! No instructions was very confusing we drove 5 hours and to come to this was in convenient! Coffee is provided but only 5 creamers were provided for 4 adults and listing is for up to 8
