Please no shoes in the house. We have gravel that sticks in people's shoes and it scratches the floor. :)

Our names are Jimmy and Leigh Stephens, and we have owned our farm for 20 years or so. We built the Gate Cottage in 2020 to have a place for our friends and family to stay at family functions, but also for short-term rental purposes. We love our farm and feel that it is a special place to live, and we raise animals for our family's consumption and we recently became USDA certified to sell our Angus/Wagyu beef and Red Waddle pork.
Why they chose this property
We chose this farm because it was remote but still checked all the boxes: a creek, fresh water springs, pastures, hills, and all within an hour from our work.
What makes this property unique
We are located at the end of the dead end on a gravel road. No one comes to the farm unless that is their destination. No passersby, no traffic, no distractions. It's peaceful and secluded.
