You will enjoy this beautiful place, a prime location, tucked away in the country, off of US 41 in Historic Hancock, near the Quincy Mine. Quick easy access to Snowmobile/ATV trails. A perfect spot to take in the quiet peaceful surroundings. Adventurous folks will appreciate exploring all the nearby hiking trails, beautiful Lake Superior beaches, waterfalls and historic sites.

What makes this property unique

The perfect location for short excursions in all directions. Very close to both of the local hospitals, Aspirus Keweenaw and UP Health System Portage. Michigan Tech University and Finlandia University are only a few miles away. The Houghton County Airport (CMX) is right up the highway. Enjoy cross country skiing at Michigan Tech Trails or Swede town Trails. For Downhill Snowboarding and Skiing you will find Mt. Ripley nearby and Mt. Bohemia a short distance away. Mt Bohemia has the longest runs, highest vertical and deepest powder in the Midwest, a hidden secret.
