No Smoking inside the condo or on the balconies
No Pets
No parties or events without prior approval
Check-in time: 4:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Age Requirement: The booking guest must be 25 or older
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

The private pool is heatable for an additional fee of $65/day + tax. Pool Heat fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately.

Before check-in, guests will be required to pay a damage deposit. The damage deposit is $1000 and is refunded after checkout, assuming there are no damages.

Essential Things to Know:
After your reservation is booked, you will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. Here you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.

1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day will receive a 100% refund.
Guests who cancel their reservation 31-59 days before the check-in day will receive a 50% refund of the rental total.
Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or less before the check-in will receive no refund.

Welcome to Oliver's & Oliver's Too
Travel to 115 Winston Lane, Inlet Beach, FL 32461

There is parking for 5 vehicles to fit comfortably. 2 vehicles can park in the driveway off of Walton Rose Lane. 2 vehicles can park in front of the pool. 1 vehicle can park in the driveway for the guest house.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. We cannot guarantee a check-in prior to this time, but rest assured that we will contact you as soon as the house is ready for you.

Upon arrival, Oliver's Main House is equipped with an electronic lock allowing you to check in at your convenience. You will enter the code provided in the portal exactly as shown. You should then hear the lock engage. **Please note** that your door code will not appear in the guest portal until 4:00 pm unless you have been notified that the rental is ready for you. Oliver's Guest House is equipped with a lockbox. Enter the code for the lockbox shown in the portal and retrieve the key. You will use this key to lock and unlock the door. We recommend leaving this in the lockbox when no guests are present.
