Parking Coastal Gains has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway as the garage is for storage only. Street parking is not allowed. You may only have as many vehicles or golf carts as you can fit in the driveway.
Community Amenities No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home. The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the house. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck each morning was one of the highlights of our trip.The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The wi-fi was spotty and seemed to be buffering a lot.

The place is beautiful and location is excellent. I believe having toiletries and a better Wi-Fi would have been even better. We struggled with WiFi and there were no toiletries but otherwise no issues.The parking space, beach bikes and location all are amazing. Would 100% recommend it and try to come back again to stay.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Several amenities did not work such as master bedroom tv and living room tv because internet kept dropping. Although management sent someone to look at this, problem remained. House needs to be maintained better. broken lamp shade, front porch light didnt work and kitchen faucet water pressure. The best was the location of the home directly on the beach.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the amenities. When you reported the internet issue during your stay, our team addressed it immediately, and the connection was restored at that time. The other items you mentioned, including the lamp shade, front porch light, and kitchen faucet water pressure, were not reported during your stay, but we’ve since had our maintenance team address and correct all of these issues.
Regarding the master bedroom TV, this required assistance from Mediacom, and unfortunately the repair could not be completed during your stay, but it has now been fully resolved.

We had an amazing week staying at Coastal Gains. The location is absolutely amazing! Nothing beats the sunsets at this beach and you are steps away from the home once the sun sets. We loved that bikes came with the house and the ability to easily rent more. We rode bikes everyday and found so many lovely places to eat within biking distance. The house is a little dated and the internet connection was not very good. But the amazing location outweighed the cons.

We love the beach and visit 30A several times a year, usually staying in a different beachfront home for variety. This particular house seemed to be a new listing and showed great potential. We’re a family of five, and our teenage daughter sometimes brings a friend—this was one of those times. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We also appreciated the extras like the paddleboard, boogie boards, and beach toys. For umbrellas and beach chairs, we used Coastal Beach Services, conveniently located right next to the house. Just a heads-up: while you can reserve online, they won’t set anything up until you show up in person at 8:00 a.m. Once you check in, they’ll handle the setup for you. As mentioned, the home is likely a new listing and still settling in. We had a minor issue with the main floor deck door, but management responded quickly and had it fixed within the hour. Just a heads-up for future guests: the listing didn’t include beach towels, and we couldn’t find dishwasher detergent or body wash. The ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, and only one TV had fully functioning remotes. We didn’t reach out to management about these things since they felt minor to us, but now that they’re aware, we’re confident they’ll take care of them for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely consider booking this house again.
