Welcome to our home, we look forward to sharing it with you.
Our 4 year old house is a 6 minute walk to beach in a quiet residential area.
After enjoying a day at the beach, wash the sand from your body in the outdoor shower, relax on the front porch or on the outdoor patio whilst grilling! Enjoy the Thursday night fireworks on the beach. Please bring your own linens

We first visited Old Orchard Beach 5 years ago and fell in love with the town! A year later we were able to purchase our home, which we want to share with you!
Why they chose this property
We love our home which is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 6 minute walk to the beach. If you want to bring the kids to the pier/amusements it's only a 22 minute walk away.
Catch the afternoon sun sitting on the patio whilst grilling. Extra play area in the basement for the kids or the adults to hang out watching tv.

We benefit from living in a quiet residential area yet a short walk to the beach or pier. Also within walking distance of open area play park, crazy golf, ice cream, etc. Short drive to Saco for Hannafords grocery store or the local store, Landry's
