Enjoy a memorable family vacation in this spacious three bedroom suite located on the first floor across the street from the beach. This suite accommodates up to 8 people with three separate rooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchen. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated three-bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.

This unit is located on the first floor with no stairs to climb. It`s located right next to the fenced in back yard with BBQ grills and picnic tables.

We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc). We do not provide beach towels or toys.

You can self-check into the unit using a code to the keybox. It will be listed in the rental app under `check in` instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests complimentary high speed wifi, as well as Disney Plus and Hulu TV with live streaming.

Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.

Google maps may display a wrong location making it look like the property is right by the Pier. We are about 0.3 miles away. Please use 46 East Grand Avenue to see exact location (this is our second building in the complex).
