Large Family Suite for 8, Steps to the Beach (442)

Enjoy a memorable family vacation in this spacious three bedroom suite located on the first floor across the street from the beach. This suite accommodates up to 8 people with three separate rooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchen. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated three-bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.

This unit is located on the first floor with no stairs to climb. It`s located right next to the fenced in back yard with BBQ grills and picnic tables.

We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc). We do not provide beach towels or toys.

You can self-check into the unit using a code to the keybox. It will be listed in the rental app under `check in` instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests complimentary high speed wifi, as well as Disney Plus and Hulu TV with live streaming.

Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.

Google maps may display a wrong location making it look like the property is right by the Pier. We are about 0.3 miles away. Please use 46 East Grand Avenue to see exact location (this is our second building in the complex).

My group of friends and I had a great stay here. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was also so convenient to get to the beach, just across the street and walking distance to the main attractions at OOB. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Overall, we had a really good experience. The condo was clean, and I would stay here again—but with fewer people.The listing felt a bit misleading regarding space. I think it's best for 5 adults max, or 4 adults and 2 kids. We had 6 adults and made it work (I slept on the trundle), but I wouldn't recommend more than 5. The king bed is in the living room, and there's no sofa, so the only real gathering space is the kitchen table. If someone is sleeping in the king bed, it's hard to socialize since it's part of the main living area.One bathroom doesn't have a sink—the sink is outside in the kitchen area, which was unexpected. Also, to lock the front door, you need to lift the handle while turning the lock. It took us 10–15 minutes to figure that out.The parking spaces are very tight, especially if a larger vehicle is parked next to you, so it's worth asking about parking before you arrive.The beach was nice, but Portland was the highlight of our trip. I'm a tennis and pickleball player, and while playing pickleball I met someone who recommended the tennis courts right in Old Orchard Beach. He also suggested Bell Buoy, a casual seafood restaurant within walking distance of the condo. We went there, and the lobster was excellent—no frills, reasonably priced, and definitely worth a visit.
