This four-level beachfront home is in the Dunes of Destin community with unparalleled coastal views, an open living space, chic beach décor, cozy bedrooms, and a private pool. It features more than 3,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. There are accommodations for up to 16 vacationers. This picture-perfect location and laidback living space make this home a great vacation option for large groups.

The great room is located on the second floor. Laidback luxury includes an open floor plan with large windows, coastal furnishings, hardwood-style flooring, and modern décor. Three walls of windows and glass doors offer incredible views, as well as access to a furnished, Gulf-front balcony. The living room includes a teal-colored couch and two armchairs around a drink table that faces a flatscreen TV above a beachy credenza. A formal dining space sits beside multiple windows, ensuring guests enjoy glorious sunset views at dinnertime. The open kitchen overlooks the dining area and features white cabinetry and sleek countertops. It also boasts stainless-steel appliances, including an extra-large, side-by-side refrigerator and a double oven with a gas grill range top. Next to the kitchen, you will find an intimate dining nook tucked in a windowed alcove with cushioned seating and a café-style table.

Sleeping accommodations are spread throughout the home’s four floors. On the first floor, there is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bunk and two twin bunks. In addition to the great room on the second level, there is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed with access to a full hall bath. Three additional bedrooms are located on the third floor. One is a king master suite with a private bath and access to a romantic balcony that overlooks the private pool and beach. The two guest bedrooms on this level have a queen-size bed each, and share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs on the fourth floor, a bonus den includes. a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a wet bar for preparing savory drinks, a power room, and access to an observation deck with breathtaking gulf views.

Another benefit of Villa Vittoria is the beachfront pool and sundeck. The raised pool and soaking tub are perfect for a freshwater dip, and the outdoor table and lounge chairs make it easy to relax in the sun with your fellow guests. Besides the pool, the home has a private boardwalk over the dunes, which places you only steps away from the beach. When you’re not relaxing at your paradise oasis, be sure to explore the surrounding area for fun activities and events. The property is located near HarborWalk Village, which features a variety of restaurants, bars, live music, local shops, boat rentals, and more!

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Sitting Area and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Laundry.

Fourth Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Wet Bar, Powder Room, and Balcony Access.
