The Luxurious Villa Susanna is a uniquely designed enclave & situated on a headland in Marigot Bay and set amidst 3 acres of landscaped gardens with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.

• Access to 33ft powerboat with skipper, "Red Sunset” , equipped with 2x275 HP, is offered to our guests. Twice a week for seven day rentals (once a week for five days rental), our skipper will be happy to get you on board to discover the beauties of the coastline or excitement of deep fish fishing. (Fuel is at expense of the guest).

Villa Susanna is a gorgeous main house surrounded by three cottages set amidst 3 acres of lush landscaped gardens on a headland in Marigot. The villa revels in commanding views and access to a small, secluded cove. An architectural masterpiece, the Italian influence intermingles with the Caribbean atmosphere melding the indoors & outdoor spaces.

You are welcomed through a verdant walkway and enter in to the sprawling living room flanked by the formal dining area large enough for 20. This space opens to the main boardwalk that leads you to the large pool & onwards to the cliff side gazebo.

The villa is comprised of 3 cottages, each with 2 bedroom suites and a wet bar area. Amber Flamboyant houses an air-conditioned master bedroom, with en suite shower, a private patio with plunge pool and a library which converts into a queen-sized suite. Yellow Heliconia features an air-conditioned bedroom with en suite bath and outdoor shower, as well as another bedroom with en suite shower (2 single beds) and private garden area. The White Frangipani cottage is at a lower level of the property and features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a king bed and two singles respectively, connected by an breezy living space. In the main house there is last 'St. Lucia' room with air-conditioned queen bedroom with en suite shower room. Villa Susanna is excellent for quiet repose or entertaining and easily accommodates multi-family or groups. It is also close to Marigot Bay, the historic yacht haven and several shopping, dining and other amenities.
