Upscale Mexican neighborhood. Close to the Carreterra and taxi stand. Beautiful new construction with all of the modern amenities including Starlink internet, air conditioning , charging stations and 4k TV. New, comfortable mattresses and upscale bedding.
You have access to Centro but can also get away to a quiet neighborhood without the "tourist influence".

My husband and Rudy and I retired in 2017 and moved to Oaxaca from San Diego. We are very involved in Oaxaca life. We have ties in Centro and in the Pueblo - Huayapam. We have two domesticated house dogs that we keep inside and walk off the property during your stay.

What makes this property unique

We are in a real neighborhood that provides an authentic experience. There is a restaurant, that has breakfast and lunch kitty corner from our place. We Know a driver who take you on special. But most importantly, we have beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evenings while watching tropical birds doing their work. You'll be happy to have the quiet but still be minutes from the city. Walmart shopping center near by if you prefer to cook.
