This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Charming house with historic character and modern amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to the riverfront. Excellent host who responds to inquiries provides a guest house that is so clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for a group to gather both inside and outside, lovely front porch and back yard with corn hole and comfy seating w string lights. We were glad to find such a nice place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended family get together.

Family Thanksgiving

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

The property is just as described in the advertisement. It is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We did a minimal amount of cooking and had plenty of utensils pots pans for everyone in our party. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels for everyone.
