Beautifully renovated and cozy home in Madison, VA. Unit B is the bottom level of a duplex offering a peaceful setting, amazing views, close to wineries, wedding venues, hiking. New SAUNA! Near Early Mountain Vineyards, Prince Michelle, Yoder's Market, Bald Top Brewing & Plow & Hearth. A 20 - 30 min drive to Charlottesville, Greene, Shenandoah National Park, Culpeper & Orange, offering shopping, restaurants, breweries, hiking, antiquing, site seeing and more. Pet fee $30 per night, dogs only.
You may hear footsteps and other sounds at times from guests upstairs. We offer sound machine and earplugs for light sleepers. Guests may be in Unit A during your stay. Please be mindful of them and let us know if there are any issues.
This property is located on 4 acres of land, it is possible but not likely to see deer, racoons, geese, vermin, cats, dogs, bear and other wild animals, as well as bugs, including ants, bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, stink bugs, lady bugs etc on the property. We use pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across a dangerous animal or situation message me immediately through the Airbnb app. We will work to take timely action to deal with the anything that you may discover, both inside your space, outside, on our property.
Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control over anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

Thank you so much for visiting our VRBO page, we hope you choose us to host your next stay. My husband Stephen & I take great pride in sharing our rentals with guests. We currently operate 5 short term rentals, located in Madison, VA, Midlothian, VA and Kill Devil Hills, NC. We have a passion for real estate, as Stephen is a Realtor and I am in the mortgage business. We have two teenage boys, which we homeschool. They keep us very busy. Unit B is the bottom unit of the renovated duplex, including new HVAC & windows, private entrance, washer, dryer, quartz counters and private fire pit. Enjoy the indoor fireplace with firewood included. New DRY SAUNA! Close to Blue Ridge Mountains and Skyline Drive for hiking and wildlife viewing.
