Everything We Needed

We loved our stay! Greg was great to work with and very accommodating. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were absolutely perfect, like sleeping in a cloud. Tons of linens, plates, glasses, utensils and cookware. The game room was so fun! Look forward to staying in the future.

Amazing Property

Greg was amazing. He worked with us when we thought we had booked for an extra night when we hadn't. Thankfully the property was available for an extra night. The house was perfect and so close to so many places. Right off the highway but far enough away not to hear anything. Just a nice quiet neighbourhood and suited us very well for our needs. Close to public transit under a mile walk so we were able to get to the heart of Denver with no trouble. Excited for our next stay with Greg the next time we stay in Denver.

Manager is fabulous

Overall the house served our needs. We have an old dog who had a very hard time with the tri level steps into the house the bare wood was very slippery for him. The space itself was perfect. Enough room for 7 of us. The dining room/kitchen table was huge. The kids and my son in law loved the game room. The laundry room w/ washer dryer was great. Well supplied with detergent etc. the kids really couldn’t play in backyard because the dog poop from previous renters was not cleaned up. I cleaned up after our dog. The house needs work but You can tell the inside has had a few upgrades. The location is perfect for DTC, I-25 we cooked there for every meal.4 days. House was well stocked! Condiments, spices, coffee, creamer, paper towel, TP, hair products, soap, cleaning supplies. Walnut Hills Elementary is approx 2 blocks away nice walking path to all the playgrounds. There is a single empty garage for a small car. The outdoor porch area needs to be redone. Nails showing. Need a new outdoor grill it worked but barely
