Cozy Canal Front Home - 3BR w/ Boat slip-Fenwick
Our beautiful home has everything you and your family needs!
Relax on the patio and enjoy the canal breezes in this Fenwick Island home. This rancher style has 3 bedrooms and boat dock access!
Our home has plenty of natural light that includes two queen size beds and two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower(closed for offseason).
They is also plenty of parking with a driveway that holds 4 cars.
*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.
*Does not rent monthly May-August.
**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
Located 2 miles from the beach and OC, MD
The rental is all one floor that has 3 bedrooms, a sun room, two full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a boat dock.
Cool down during in the summer with central air and ceiling fans throughout the home.
There are beach chairs for your use during the stay. You are welcome to use at your own risk.
There are also board games, puzzles, and a wide selection of TV's all equipped with streaming apps with plenty of shows/movies
*Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom.
*Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer during your stay.
*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are 4 Roku TV's, all 4 Roku TVs include complimentary Youtube TV subscription with 100+ channels of live TV including all popular broadcast, cable and sports channels.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
Please put used Beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
Please empty refrigerator of your items and take all trash/recycling and dispose of it in the proper bins located outside.
Please clean the grill if you used it.
Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve.
Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
