This charming ocean block 700 Sq. ft. condo is a delightful coastal retreat located just steps away from the ocean. (The condo is on the first floor only )Situated in the small town of Fenwick Island, this condo features a cozy living area where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There are 3 small bedrooms, (Queen bed, Full bed, Bunk beds) 1 full bath and 1 shared outside shower. There is also a Weber gas grill and parking for 2 cars. We are pet friendly. (Please note that while there are beds for 6 people, it sleeps comfortably 4 people.)

Perfect location!

Not only was the house beautiful, clean and well set up, but the location right on the beach block with a royal farms and two restaurants in walking distance is the clincher. No fighting traffic for necessities you forgot or to grab a quick lunch off the beach. We absolutely loved it!

Great little place for a weekend get away. We had 3 adults and a pet and we were very comfortable. Good beds, nice linens, and a fully stocked little kitchen were great, but the screened in porch was the best part of the condo. Great area to hang out. No ocean view, but the beach was steps away and the neighborhood is nice with restaurants close by.

Perfect family beach week

Such a great find! Very short walk to the beach, clean and cozy space, with everything we needed. The linens were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch was our favorite part! Responsive and friendly hosts. Would recommend!

Great location near beautiful beach

We loved how close we were to the beach - just a very short walk down a quiet street. The screen porch is a pleasant place to hang out when you're not at the beach. The bedrooms are very small, but the beds are comfortable. The dining table is on the porch. The host was helpful and responsive.
