The property was fantastic. The owners were friendly and looking to make our stay pleasant. Next trip to the Devils Lake area I will book here again. Treated us like family.

Thank you for your review and for caring for our home like it was your own. We enjoyed visiting with you and your family and would welcome you back anytime.
The house is newly remodeled, super clean and an ideal fit for our group of 4. The location is on a quiet street, with very little traffic, and the huge yard was a nice plus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend and hope we can return next year.
When we got there it was rainung, so we had to rush into the very nice home. They had fresh eggs from the chickens waiting in the fridge and literally everything you would need otherwise. I was prepared and didn't need any of it really. Katie checked in later on to see if we needed more eggs or anything else. Definitely recommend as it is a nice area, even in stormy weather. Thank you for the nice place to stay for our fishing vacay.

Thanks for leaving a review! We enjoyed having you stay!
House was nice and comfortable for our group of 4. Could easily accommodate a few more people comfortably. House was beautiful updated and cozy. Don’t worry about packing anything for cooking as its already there, including a crockpot that wasn’t listed. Located in a nice small town that is quiet and full of wildlife. Plenty of parking space, place for a trailer hooked to truck and 2 more vehicles. 11-10 would stay here again and plan on doing so in the years to come. Owner was in constant communication and making sure we were comfortable and had things we needed. Even left us a dozen farm fresh eggs to use!

We were so glad to have you! You and your group are welcome anytime!
We love this property located in Penn, ND. It's rural and in the middle of some of the best hunting and fishing areas, yet close to town. The interior of the home has been updated and includes all the basics you'll need to cook and eat at home, if you choose to. It's also within walking distance of the Penn Bar, in case you want to stay out much too late and wander back home. This home has a large play structure in the back yard, including a slide, climbing net, crawling tunnel and swings. The large back yard also includes a firepit that can be used during the summer or when the snow isn't blocking it. Behind the house is also a chicken coop that does house chickens and cats and a large garden. We actively use both but will let you know if we are going to be around if we need to do chores while you are staying.
