This quadplex has been renovated in 2021 and is tucked away for plenty of privacy. On-site parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen. Oversized units have laundry. 3 Units available for group travel. Concierge available to stock groceries or during stay clean for a fee. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar.

Great location - perfect for our weekend getaway

My wife and I spent a weekend here, and it was an absolutely perfect location for us. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and the Roswell Mill trail was a perfect way to start our day. Our host was communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

This was my first and hopefully not last trip to Roswell. What a lovely town and the location of this property is convenient to explore what the town has to offer. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Exploring Georgia

This was our first stay in Georgia. We really liked the city of Roswell. We were 20 minutes from a Braves game, 40 minutes from Atlanta airport, and lots of good restaurants to choose from. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. We want to come back to Georgia again.

Bridal Shower weekend

We were in town for a bridal shower. The house was perfect. Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Derek was a fabulous manager host for the property. Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The house is very close to all the wonderful places in the downtown Roswell area. We will definitely plan another trip and look forward to spending a little more time in this beautiful house and area.

Good location

The photos are accurate. Location is very convenient to anything you would want in the area. Ample safe parking. Nice kitchen, stove/oven, and coffeemakers. Quiet area, way off street. The cleaning crew missed the rugs before our stay and the bathroom needed some attention. Host was very responsive and will likely have it addressed. No vent in bath; older property. Unit was downstairs in a quadplex.
