You may not/likely do not need two homes and there is enough room likely in one because the homes are so big!!!! You'll only know if you ask and you can SAVE MONEY!! Sits right off of Music Row in between Midtown, Gulch, and Downtown. Enjoy these modernized home(s) next to other amazing homes. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm systems and security cameras on the street! They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior.

Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is so close to DOWNTOWN. 2 blocks from Broadway. Please inquire for details and don't turn away just because you think the house might be too small or you don't think you need two houses!!!

GUEST WHO BOOK FOR THREE DAYS THAT INCLUDE A WEEKEND GET A FOURTH DAY at a discounted rate if you'd like or the possibility of early check-in and/or late check out. Normal bookings are 4 pm check-in and 10:30 a.m. check-out but are allowed flexibility with enough advance notice.

Overall the house was great, the location was awesome, and a short walk from a lot of restaurants and bars.My only issue was the posting was misleading as we thought we booked an 8 bed 6 bath option but the houses only have 6 beds and 4 baths, not an overly big deal just misrepresented when traveling with a large group. Also the Wifi needs to be fixed as it was out for a large portion of the weekend when people were trying to work.

Great place would highly recommend.

This place was an excellent find for a larger group where we rented out two of the houses. It’s walkable to many great restaurants in the gulch area and a very short uber or walk right to Broadway. The place itself came exactly as advertised. Lots of space for a bigger group, nice and big bedrooms and generally very well kept. Che was a great host and would stay here again on the next trip to Nashville!

Perfect Place for large group

We stayed at Che’s property for a long weekend with a big group. Communication with Che’s team was great and made the process very seamless. The place was spotless, comfortable beds and cool vibes. Will stay here again when we return to Nashville

We enjoyed our stay! The units were clean, comfortable and had enough beds to accommodate many more people. The main floor offered a nice space to hang out and visit. Victoria, our concierge for the weekend was very helpful and responded quickly.

Best Bach/Bachelorette in Nash!

We dealt directly with the host who greeted us in person for the check in. The host is a true gentleman and his property backs that up. The house was spotless, we enjoyed the hot tub, everyone slept well in the beds, and we made full use of the kitchen and coffee maker. The location is great we were able to walk to Broadway and music row or pay only 10 for a cab. Would definitely stay at this property again if I find myself in Nashville again and would recommend you do the same.

Bowl game getaway

Perfect for multiple family getaway! We had a total of 22 people and stayed between the two houses when we came in town for our Alma mater football bowl game. Our units ended up being one house away from each other, not connected, but just a matter of steps away. Plenty of beds and areas for the adults and teens to hang out. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping district and a very short Uber or Rick Shaw ride away from all of the fun music bars in Broadway. Nice safe area. House was updated and decorated modern and beautiful. We were there during the winter and the hot tub was a great amenity. Host was very communicative and available with any needs and making sure we had all of the accommodations needed. Definitely would stay again!

40th Birthday

Thirteen of us came down and stayed in two of the homes. I thought they would be right next to each other but there was a building separating us. Not a big tho. There were plenty of beds, the hot tub was hot, and walking distance to plenty of things.

Hidden fees

Let me begin by saying…. The townhouses are lovely. They are beautiful, and very spacious. As for the frustrating part…. We booked this VRBO for a bachelor party. I payed for the insurance on the home, knowing that we would have 21 men together. No communication after booking, until 2 weeks prior. We were asked for a final head count. Fast forward to 2 days prior; we obtain the “house rules”. In these rules were miscellaneous charges that could be accrued over our stay. (Being too loud, breaking things, soiling sheets etc.) again, I was 100% willing to pay for any damages which is why I purchased the insurance. We go to check in and realize that these townhouses do not have 8bedrooms/6 baths like advertised. Che, stated that when booking, we did not put the total number of guests. Once you have more than 6 guests, you are automatically upgraded to the bigger house for an additional 3,000…. We already paid $8500 thinning we were getting 24 beds. Long story short, stay at your own risk.
