Great location, condo needs updating
Overall we had a great time at Brian head snowboarding with our 4 kiddos! I was underwhelmed by this particular condo however. It needs a renovation pretty badly and a very deep clean. I also found a lot of hair on my bath towel and some on the kitchen towels. The main TV was really poor quality and only worked manually from the side panel. There were dishes remaining in the dishwasher from a previous guest. The bed topper was extremely uncomfortable in the primary bedroom and there was an issue with the window screen that rattled all night in that same room. I slept very little. Overall the best part of the lodging was the pool and spa and easy access to Navajo lodge.
We've been coming to Brian Head for the past 5 years for our annual family ski trip. The resort is perfect for the family and our age range and ability. We've also always stayed in the Cedar Breaks Lodge because of its location and convenience to the ski resort. This 2 bdrm condo was perfect for our family, offering a bed to accommodate all of us and a kitchen for eating our meals in the morning and evenings. I would recommend this property and I would book again. A couple things about the property. The listing states it sleeps 9, which I believe is inaccurate. There is one king bed and two queen beds, which accommodates 6 people. There is a large couch but it is not a sofa sleeper. We only had 5 in our family so we were fine, but both my wife and I commented that the listing was inaccurate because we do not know where 3 people would sleep unless they crowded onto the couch. The cleanliness of the property was good but we found dog hair on some of the furniture and a few dishes were dirty, but very minor.

Limited pots, coffee maker was not manageable, oven did not work properly, light bulbs missing or burnt out, can opener did not work at all, heat lamp and exhaust fan did not work, plus many other things broken. Iet owner know about light bulbs and heat lamp and exhaust fan. She said she would have someone fix it. No one came. Also told her there was only one extremely large cooking pot and many fry pans. She had her maids get us some pots. What they drop off at the front door was one small pot and 4 more fry pans. I could go on but it is just ridiculous. The condo needs a complete redo.
