This property is updated with all needed amenities. There was plenty of space to be together or to have time alone for the teenagers. The location to the lifts was perfect! We enjoyed our stay at Positive Altitude!
We had a great stay in Brian Head. Right across the street from skiing and tubing, and just over an hour beautiful drive from Bryce Canyon. The condo was clean and so comfortable. Felt like we could put our feet up and just relax in between our adventures. Would definitely recommend!
October stay. Beds & linens very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked to cook just about anything. Great TV and internet service. Thanks so much for a great stay!
Rental was great. Easy, clean, and place was as shown. Well appointed and great location. Short walk or shuttle to lodge / lift. Would definitely recommend.
We’ll definitely rent again! Extremely clean condo with all the extras! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and none of us wanted to leave. We enjoyed using the fireplace, watching dvds from their great selection, and our oldest kiddo completed one of the jigsaw puzzles. This was a great place to relax after a day skiing at Brian Head.
The condo met all of our needs. We were able to make our own meals and sleep in comfortable beds. And during the day we had a great time in the great outdoors, catching many fish
A comfortable Family Room, Two spacious bedrooms, a modern, clean and well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, a great location just minutes from three different ski lifts, and Sarah, the wonderful host. What more can you ask for? We will be back for sure.
The property was exactly as advertised. It was very neat and clean. We found the condo very well equipped and the furnishings were in excellent condition and very comfortable. Both the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The location was right across the street from Giant Steps. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future.
The 2 bedroom rental is perfect for our family ski vacation. You do have to climb 3 flights of stairs so it is not for someone with a weak heart. The rental have just about everything you need. The high altitude made it difficult for us to sleep at night but the condo is very comfortable and cozy. Location is perfect for skiing.
Everything was very nice. Plenty of supplies and stocked well. The only thing that was a little tough was the elevation and then on the third floor. It was worth it. We even got snowed in on our last day. Very nice and comfortable place to be when you're snowed in.
Sarah was super helpful and replied promptly to any questions we had throughout our stay. The property was perfect for us, quiet, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The Brian Head shuttle stops at the base of the parking lot, which made it super convenient to get to any of the lifts. Be prepared to climb some steps to get up to the unit. Thanks, Sarah
We enjoyed our stay in Brian Head, being mid week - the end of September it was very quiet. The condo was clean & well equipped. We were 2 adults & 1 teenager. The condo could easily accommodate 3 more people. Nice view from the balcony. Beware walking up to the third floor in the high altitude will get your heart beating.
The apartment is clean, organized, comfy, and cozy. It has board games, books, and movies. My husband and I felt like at home. Brian Head city is located at about 9,800 feet above sea level. It reminded us Quito, Ecuador. There are many outdoor activities that you can do. We visited the amazing Zion and Bryce National Parks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Brian Head Mountain (11,706 feet above sea level), Little Salt Lake, and off-roads. We had a great time!
Sarah was very helpful and awesome. The place was immaculate and super organized with very comfy beds and furniture. You can easily walk across the street to Wildflower lift. My favorite run everyday was the powdery rollers behind the condo on the way back (drop in where the cat meets Paradise). I was able to unstrap and walk right up the stairs to begin cooking dinner. Highly recommend this property and will request it next time I go to Brian Head. Thanks Sarah!
We've been married 26 years and have a very active family with four kids. We both work in education, and we love traveling and the outdoors!
Why they chose this property
We have been all over this country and seen a lot of amazing places but nowhere else is there such a concentration of natural beauty as Southern Utah. Every time of year has something to offer, the views for miles, the kaleidoscope of colors. Brian Head is at the center of it all. And Positive Altitude is our headquarters for four-season outdoor fun. We love spending time here and hope you do too.
What makes this property unique
This condo has just been remodeled and is very well-appointed for as long as you'd want to stay. The third-floor corner location is private and quiet, with no one walking past the doors or windows. The balcony provides wonderful views of Giant Steps and Brian Head Peak and is a fantastic vantage point for both the Independence Day and New Year's Eve fireworks shows. The unit is within walking distance to the Wildflower run and nearby lift as well as the lodge, bar, and restaurants at the foot of the mountain.
