It’s all about the view at BLUE SKY RETREAT! The view is like no other you will find at Grand Lake. Just outside the huge windows and doors is a very large deck with a family room style area, a dining room area and a hot tub gathering area. From each spot the view is of main body of water!
From the main floor deck take 8 steps down and the ramp leading to the 3 slip Boat House. One slip is an indoor fishing well. Swim off the dock in tranquil waters inside the wave breaks. The second floor deck is another family room set up with an Eagle Eye view of all the activities. The home has floor to ceiling windows in several rooms which allows you to sit in a cool inside seating area and not miss the amazing view of the water and boats going by. The 5 bedroom 3 full bath home is very accommodating for families. We live in this home full time so we only rent when we are on vacation so it’s fully stocked. Also Ilove flowers so you go out on the deck and you definitely feel like you are on vacation! We have an outside “drink room” with 2 refrigerators to store your beverages. Our Home is perfect for your Retreat and we feel It’s too amazing not to share!

Hi I’m Margaret And my husband is Dr Ron Oglesby. We purchased this home 7 years ago and have loved experiencing every season!! I live here full time and he commutes back to his practice in Broken Arrow most days of the week. He always says it’s definitely worth the drive!
We will be gone on vacation several times this summer so we decided to rent some while we are away.

Why they chose this property

This property truly has it all! The back deck that has infrared heaters for winter or use our water cooler fan for the summer. The hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and reminisce about the days activities. The inside main floor is all open and surrounded with windows with a non stop view of the water. Upstairs has a Huge master suite with a very large bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub and large vanity. The king size adjustable bed is perfect for watching the smart TV or gazing out the floor to ceiling windows at the moon as its light dances on the water.
The upstairs has a landing with reclining love seat and chairs that are perfect for a movie you can pull up on Directv or Netflix on the smart TV. Then 3 other bedrooms which are each a little get away.
The indoor boat house is extremely easy to access. There are two slips with garage doors and one fishing well area with sliding doors. The concrete wave breaks can sustain even the roughest of waves. There is a large floating pad that allows the family to relax in the tranquil waters inside the wave breaks.
SO Relaxing!

THE VIEWS! Being out on a point my neighbors houses are behind your Lakeview. We have 269 ft of water front property with a WELL MANICURED LAWN and flowers everywhere. All my workers that work properties at the lake say that our view and property grounds are the best they have seen.
