Walk to A-Bay Beach, located within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Welcome to paradise in our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bottom floor oasis overlooking the 1st hole at Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The Waikoloa Fairway Complex is conveniently located within the Waikoloa Resort area. Waikoloa Resort offers some of the best weather on the planet and with in walking distance is the Queens MarketPlace that has luxury movie theater, food court, restaurants, shopping and lots more. Also,
within short walking distance is the Kings Marketplace with exceptional shopping and restaurants or walk across the street to relax on the squishy white sand, A-Bays beach. Just a short 10 minute drive north is the infamous Hapuna Beach & Mauna Kea Beach Resort.
Our Villa is located in the quiet and private "B" building, the second building on the right thru the entrance gate. Bottom floor entrance makes it ideal for all guests, walk off the back lanai to a large grassy area thats perfect for throwing the football, frisbee or walk a few yards further and in the late afternoon you can practice your putting and chipping on the 1st hole of the Waikoloa Beach course, or star gaze at night.
Our Villa sleeps 4 comfortably and we also have an inflatable air mattress just in case! The master suite features king size bed, flat screen tv, large walk in closet, soaking tub, toilet, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
The living area is complemented with Hawaiian decor, large flatscreen tv, comfy new couch makes vacation dreams a reality. The chefs kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare your culinary meals. Eat & drink and create memories outside on the lanai or inside on the glass top dining room table.
We have lots of beach gear for your beach days, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach towels, coolers, and miscellaneous snorkel gear. Our Villa also features a new AC system to keep you cool all year long, stackable washer and dryer, high speed wifi, spectrum cable, dvd player, smart tv, extra linens, hairdryer’s iron & ironing board and most important you can call the PB Broker Joseph Morris with Hawaii Signature Properties anytime if you have a problem, concern, issue during your stay. ( or if you need recommendation for golfing, hiking, restaurants )
Our Villa B-2 and the entire Fairway property grounds are no smoking.

Fairway villas are the only way to go on vacation. Been coming here for many years. Great price for this condo and it has everything the other condos have except the larger cost. I highly recommend this place you won’t be sorry you did. The add was 100 percent accurate.

Our stay was relaxing! Everything we needed was nearby - golf, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, shopping, and dining. The condo was in a quiet location and close to the pool and main entrance. We enjoyed the lanai morning and evening. The condo was as pictured and the beach chairs/towels were a bonus. We would definitely staying again!

Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Fairway Villas. It was located close to our favorite beach, and we loved that it was in the middle from Waimea to Kona. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed.

We’ve been to Wailkoloa Village many times over the years and knew what kind of place we were looking for. This condo checked all of the boxes with its beautiful interior and exterior spaces, first floor access on to the golf course, and close proximity to the shops/beach. Had a great stay with our family. The home was in a nice safe gated communities on a golf course. Super clean home. Perfect location and beautiful property. Very nice amenities with gym, pool, jacuzzi, and gas grills. Joseph was the best host and communicated everything we needed to know about the home and access to the property. He’s really easy going and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

This property and this management are out of sight phenomenal. Best value of any VRBO property we have ever stayed. The unit was spotless, fully (and then some) stocked, every amenity one would need. Location is a 10/10. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Communication from the property manager was a 27/10, LOL. The development had a gym, pool, spa, plenty of parking. Safe and secure. Quiet and peaceful. Morning coffee looking at the mountains from the back porch. Literally what more could one want or need? Dynamite experience.

all was good. Suggestions: Toaster should be replaced. Dishwasher should be replaced. Toaster not heating on all sides. Dishwasher door springs are worn out and soap dispenser will only work on the longest wash cycle. All in all a great unit in a great location. Thanks Dave

Just ok, recommend looking elsewhere

I was not impressed with this unit, especially with all the stellar reviews it has. The positive aspect was the location of the complex. It is close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. While on the small side, the pool was also lovely. However, there was ongoing construnction happening right outside both the kitchen and lanai, making it less than private and noisy during my stay. The neighbors above me were also loud and you could hear everything from them moving furniture around, to the toilet flushing, to them snoring. The unit itself felt dated and in need of some TLC. From interior doors that needed a good Clorox, to the couch with multiple stains, to sheets that didn't really fit the bed, overall the unit disappointed. It lacked attention to detail, cleanliness, and practicality. The couch sits right next to the very large A/C vent, which is super loud and not very efficient. The shower in the main bedroom is a small box, with no room for shaving your legs. The beds were not very comfortable. There were no normal size glasses for water, the coffee cups were very small, no cooler for the beach, along with very old looking beach towels, and linens. The closet carpet is covered in stains and the safe didn't seem to work. None of these things solely make a bad stay and some may seem nit-picky, but add up to a negative experience for me overall. While probably passable for a budget-friendly option, there are so many other units and complexes nearby I guarantee there are better options.

Conveniently located near the golf course

The location is great, right next to the green of the golf course. We are also conveniently located just a short walk to Queens Marketplace. Ceiling was high, and room was enough area ,2 bedrooms, too. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but I was relieved that the management company responded immediately.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! It was also clean! We loved the location of the home also; it is a short walk to the shops and a short walk to Waikoloa Beach where there was kayaking and paddle boarding. We really appreciated the beach towels and chairs in the home, especially when visiting Hapuna beach.

Wonderful

Loved it here. Very comfortable and beautiful view. We were delighted to discover beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. Would definitely stay here again. I only wished that a vacuum was available because the floor got sandy pretty quickly.
